Our refund philosophy
We want you to feel good about every order you place with us. That means standing behind our products and making things right when they don’t meet your expectations. Our refund policy is built around that idea. It’s generous because we’d rather earn your trust than nickel-and-dime you, and it’s clear because policies that require a magnifying glass aren’t worth the paper they’re printed on. Here’s how it works.
The basics: sixty days to decide
You have sixty days from the date your order is delivered to return it. That’s two full months to try the product, see how it fits into your routine, and decide whether it’s right for you. We chose this window because we know that a single serving doesn’t tell the whole story. Sometimes you need to live with something for a few weeks before you know how you feel about it. We’d rather give you that time than rush you into keeping something you’re unsure about.
The sixty-day window starts from delivery, not from the date you ordered. That’s an important distinction because shipping times vary depending on where you are. If your order arrives later than expected, the return window starts when it actually lands in your hands. We track delivery dates so you don’t have to worry about the exact countdown.
What can be returned
In general, you can return products that are unused, unopened, or in a condition that suggests normal trial. We understand that opening a pouch or a container is part of trying a product, and we don’t penalize you for that. What we ask is that returns reflect genuine use, not abuse. A partially used product is fine. An empty box returned for a full refund isn’t, and we think that’s a reasonable line to draw.
If you received a product that was damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, reach out through the Contact Us page and we’ll take care of it. In those cases, we may not even need you to send anything back. We’ll assess the situation, ask for any details we need, and propose a solution. Our goal is to fix the problem quickly, not to make you work for it.
How to start a return
To start a return, contact us through the Contact Us page with your order details and a brief description of what you’d like to return and why. We’ll respond with instructions on how to proceed. We keep this process simple because we know returns are already a hassle and we don’t want to add to it. You’ll get clear steps, not a maze.
We may ask you to include a note with the return package so we can identify it when it arrives. We’ll tell you exactly what to include. If you’re unsure about anything, ask before you ship. A quick question up front can save a lot of time later, and we’re always happy to clarify.
Shipping returns
Unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to us. We don’t charge restocking fees or add other hidden costs, and we don’t require you to use a specific carrier. We do recommend using a trackable shipping method so you have proof of delivery, and keeping your receipt until the refund is processed. That protects both of us.
If the return is our responsibility, we’ll work with you to cover the cost in a way that’s fair and convenient. We’ll explain the options when you contact us. We don’t want the logistics of a return to overshadow the real goal, which is making sure you’re taken care of.
How refunds are processed
Once your return arrives and we’ve had a chance to review it, we process the refund within five to ten business days. The money goes back to the original payment method used for the order. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, but the processing on our end happens within that window.
We’ll notify you when we’ve processed the refund so you’re not left wondering. If you haven’t seen the refund after a reasonable amount of time, check with your bank first, then reach out to us and we’ll investigate. We can confirm what we’ve done on our side and help you track down what’s happening on yours.
Partial refunds and exchanges
In some cases, a partial refund may be the right solution, especially if part of an order was used and part wasn’t. We’ll discuss the specifics with you and propose something that feels fair. We’re not trying to maximize what we keep; we’re trying to find a resolution that respects your experience and makes you feel whole.
If you’d prefer an exchange rather than a refund, reach out through the Contact Us page and we’ll explore the options with you. Exchanges depend on what’s in stock and what makes sense for your situation, but we’re open to working something out. Our goal is a good outcome for you, not a rigid adherence to one process.
Returns that don’t qualify
We reserve the right to decline returns that fall outside reasonable use, such as items returned empty or in a condition inconsistent with normal trial. We also may decline returns made well outside the sixty-day window or that appear to be part of an abusive pattern. We don’t say this to be harsh; we say it because being reasonable with everyone requires setting some boundaries. When we decline a return, we’ll explain why clearly and respectfully.
Contact us with questions
If anything about this policy is unclear, or if you have a specific situation you’d like to discuss, contact us through the Contact Us page. We’d rather answer a question up front than have you guess and worry. Thanks for giving us the chance to make your order right.
